Pro+ & Business Add-on $150/mo

Federal-land energy data, on tap.

The Energy Pack stacks on Pro+ or Business and unlocks the federal-land tier — bundled at no extra cost with Enterprise: eight new endpoints, multi-state O&G wells, BLM leases with ONRR royalties, FracFocus, orphaned wells, HIFLD pipelines, sage-grouse habitat, and renewable siting — every record addressable by a PLSS section or Texas TXSS abstract.

Catalogue

Nine federal-land data layers, addressable by section.

Every layer is queryable by a PLSS section or Texas TXSS abstract — no GIS preprocessing, no projection math. The same endpoint family powers the map overlays, REST API, MCP server, and conversion-result summaries.

Built for

People who work federal-land deals every day.

The Energy Pack consolidates the data sources you already have bookmarked, then makes them addressable by the same legal description you already use.

Federal-land landman

Today

Pulls lease status from MLRS, then jumps to a separate viewer for the offset-operator map, then BLM-NEPA Register for siting overlays.

With Energy Pack

One section lookup returns active leases, expirations, offset operators, ONRR royalties, and the split-estate flag. The diligence report writes itself.

ALTA / cadastral surveyor

Today

Confirms surface ownership through CadNSDI but has to scrape state regulators for downhole well counts and locations on every plot.

With Energy Pack

Wells, orphaned wells, and pipelines render directly on top of the survey grid at the meridian level — no more cross-referencing PDFs.

Energy developer / siting analyst

Today

Pieces together solar zones, sage-grouse PHMA, and existing well density from three different downloads and a manually-joined GIS layer.

With Energy Pack

A single PLSS section or TXSS abstract returns siting constraints, conflict density, and renewable-zone classification in one call.

Coverage

20 federal-land states. 8+ named operators. Texas abstracts.

Endpoints

Eight endpoints. One resolver.

Send a PLSS section (T2N R97W Sec 14, 6th P.M.) or a Texas abstract (A-123 Reeves County), and the resolver hands the geometry to every endpoint uniformly.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Which plans can add the Energy Pack?

The Energy Pack is an add-on for Pro+ and Business subscribers. Starter and Pro tiers can't add it. Enterprise gets it bundled at no extra cost — no separate subscription required.

How is the Energy Pack billed?

It's a separate Stripe subscription that shows up on the same invoice as your main plan. On Pro+, that's $100/mo + $150/mo Energy Pack = $250/mo total when billed monthly. Business subscribers add the same $150/mo on top of their per-user pricing. Annual prepay is $1,440 — a 20% savings vs. monthly.

Can I cancel the Energy Pack without cancelling my main plan?

Yes. From your Account page, open the Stripe Customer Portal and cancel only the Energy Pack subscription. Your Pro+ or Business plan continues uninterrupted.

Does the Energy Pack work with the MCP server and Python SDK?

Yes. All eight /api/energy/* endpoints are exposed through the MCP server, the Python SDK, and the TypeScript SDK with the same PLSS section + TXSS abstract resolver.

Does the Energy Pack work with Texas TXSS abstracts?

Yes. Every /api/energy/* endpoint accepts either a PLSS section (T2N R97W Sec 14, 6th P.M.) or a Texas abstract (A-123 Reeves County). The resolver hands the geometry to each endpoint uniformly, so you can run a federal-leasing diligence on a Texas RRC well exactly the same way you'd run it on a Wyoming PRB section.

Is the data refreshed?

BLM lease data refreshes weekly, ONRR royalties monthly, FracFocus daily, and USGS / HIFLD layers on their upstream release cadence. Every record carries a fetched_at timestamp.
