Joins the per-state ETL tables (etl.co_wells, nd_wells, ok_wells, wy_wells, nm_wells) into a single parcel-report card and tile-vector overlay. Each row carries operational status, well type, operator, formation, and spud date — the diligence fields landmen and surveyors actually file. The PMTiles overlay renders at zoom 8+ with the same status palette as the regulator viewers in each state.
